Points are rewards you earn for tracking or paying rent. They have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and they are not a deposit, an investment or a financial product.

When you buy a home listed in the Occubuy network, your points go toward a property rebate at settlement. The rebate comes from the seller, it is written into the contract of sale, and your broker and lender are told.

We are not accredited under the Consumer Data Right. Yodlee is the accredited data recipient, with Effi as its CDR representative. They collect your bank data with your consent. We never see your passwords and we cannot move your money. Withdraw your consent any time and we will delete the data.
