Where the money actually comes from

Property sellers
A seller pays us a marketing fee when a member buys their home. The rebate you spend points on is funded by that seller too.
Referral fees
When you take up a partner offer, that partner pays us a referral fee. Your points are the same either way.
Cohort insights
We sell insights about groups of members that cannot identify you. You can opt out any time without losing points.
