How the bank connection works
Your bank data comes through Australia’s Consumer Data Right. An accredited provider collects it with your consent. We never see your passwords and we can’t move your money. Withdraw your consent any time and we’ll delete the data.

We never sell your personal information. We do sell cohort-level insights that cannot identify you, and you can opt out any time without losing points.
Your data stays yours
Your banking data is never shared without your consent. Partners get your details only when you take the step.
Never used for marketing
We never use open banking data for marketing. No offers built on your transactions.
Points do not go stale
Points lapse only after 24 months with nothing earned. While you keep earning, you keep every point. If we ever change the program in a way that disadvantages you, you get at least 30 days’ notice, and it never applies to points you have already earned.
